My name is Chantal de Jong. Since 2021 I have been working fully as an Equestrian Coach in my own company Human Meets Horse Coaching & Instruction.
In addition to my interest in legal services, I have a great passion for horses. In 2019 I decided to work more on my personal development. In addition to my job within a large international organization, I started training as a Rider Coach.
An intensive year in which I rediscovered my own qualities as well as in working with horses and people.
I felt happier and my vision of the horse world and working with horses became more and more sharp.
In fact, it became so clear that I wanted to fulfill my dream of 'owning my own company in the horse industry', which resulted in a career switch!
Aimed at a wide range within equestrian sport
Within HMH Coaching & Instruction I focus on a wide range within the equestrian sport; from beginners to successful horse trainers who want to (continue to) develop. As far as I'm concerned, the four-eyes principle works in every industry. I watch, coach and give sinful instruction.
I think development is very important and fun. As long as I continue to develop myself, in addition to knowledge and skills, I will also more easily connect with all the different people and horses. It is necessary that I have a good sense of the client and the horse, understand and can coach in a solution-oriented way. And possibly with the help of knowledge (sources), (horse) skills and tools. The coaching lessons naturally also contribute to the personal development of my client. We can learn a lot about ourselves from horses.
